He's an expert in concepts such as Computer Vision (how machines see and interact with the real world), Natural Language Processing (how computers understand human language) and Large Language Models, exploring how smart machines can solve real-world problems.

Beyond his professional career in FinTech with Citibank and JPMorganChase, Mr. Jester is deeply committed to preparing students for tomorrow's job market. As the elected Secretary of the Delaware Artificial Intelligence Commission, he helps guide how AI impacts our state and ensures young people are ready for future career pathways. He also chairs Delaware BPA and is an appointed member of the Delaware Advisory Council for Career and Technology Education, actively helping shape programs that give high schoolers the skills they need for exciting tech-driven careers.
