Stephen Sye is an accomplished digital innovation and strategy leader, serving as Associate Vice President of Digital Platforms & Data Architecture at the Heart Rhythm Society (HRS), where he leads AI enablement, personalized member experience strategies, and digital transformation initiatives.

At HRS, Stephen drives the organization’s AI roadmap, data architecture, and digital platform strategy—leveraging emerging technologies to streamline operations and deliver deeper member value. He has been at the forefront of piloting AI-driven efficiencies and transforming HRS’s digital ecosystem to better support its mission and global community.

In addition, Stephen is CEO and Co-founder of Futures First Gaming (FFG), a STEM-accredited esports and educational technology company that bridges digital inequities through gaming, content creation, and workforce development. He is also Principal of Stephen Sye Solutions, a business strategy consulting firm helping nonprofits, associations, and mission-driven organizations modernize operations and harness AI for growth and impact.

Previously, Stephen served as Executive Director of the Pete du Pont Freedom Foundation and Associate Executive Director of the International Literacy Association. Across all his work, Stephen is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations use emerging technology and AI to innovate, personalize experiences, and build more connected, inclusive communities.
